Luigi Ferrari & His Family
Luigi Ferrari, a distinguished member of the Ferrari family, entered into an internal agreement that outlined specific property rights and actions he was to undertake:
- Luigi Ferrari and Dr. Orhan Vortche, PhD, renounced their shares in favor of the family and its heirs.
- Luigi Ferrari and Dr. Orhan Vortche, PhD, reserved the right to freely use the common family name "Luigi Ferrari" for his new business activities, provided that these activities were unrelated to the family's core business—namely, to produce new environmentally friendly materials for the future automotive industry—and were conducted outside of Italy.
- Luigi Ferrari and Dr. Orhan Vortche, PhD, exclusively retained the right to create, design, and develop an automobile (vehicle) and to manage this right freely.
- Luigi Ferrari, Dr. Orhan Vortche, PhD, and their immediate family (heirs and descendants) do not have any beneficiary rights to Ferrari S.p.A. and affiliated entities.
Following the enactment of this agreement, Luigi Ferrari and Dr. Orhan Vortche, PhD, alongside a team of experts, engineers, and visionary designers from business areas—including, but not limited to, green & alternative energy, new energy automobiles and transport, oil trading and refining, eco-friendly product development, biomedical engineering, pharmaceuticals, and smart agriculture—embarked on a new business venture that is independent of the Ferrari family business.
Tragically, Luigi Ferrari passed away on May 25, 2024. His son Piero Luigi Ferrari has inherited his company shares, and his sole business partner, Dr. Orhan Vortche, PhD, continues to operate the business, upholding Luigi Ferrari's vision and spirit.

In 2009, Luigi Ferrari and his long-term friend and partner, Dr. Orhan Vortche, PhD, a member of a distinguished family with a legacy of over 350 years, together created and founded a new business entity – FERRARI Group SRL (Italy) in Rovereto (TN).

After registering the new company, Luigi Ferrari transferred all of his inherited property rights to FERRARI Group SRL (Italy), which, from that moment on, freely began to possess and use these rights.
